Asam Pedas Tumis


Bahan-bahan
  • 1 ikan jenahak (ikan-ikan lain pun boleh) - dicuci bersih-bersih
  • 1 kuntum bunga kantan
  • 7 biji bendi
  • 1 biji tomato
  • 1 cawan air asam jawa
  • 1 - 2 cawan air
  • 1 biji bawang besar - dipotong dadu
  • sedikit daun kesum
  • garam dan gula secukupnya


Bahan-bahan kisar
  • 10 biji cili kering
  • 7 ulas bawang merah
  • 4 ulas bawang putih
  • 1/2 inci halia
  • 1 inci kunyit hidup
  • 1 inci belacan


Cara memasak
  1. Panaskan minyak dalam periuk dan tumis bawang besar. Setelah bawang besar garing, masukkan bahan kisar dan masak hingga naik minyak.
  2. Masukkan air dan biarkan ia mendidih.
  3. Masukkan daun kesum, bunga kantan dan bendi.
  4. Masukkan ikan dan air asam jawa. Masak hingga mendidih.
  5. Masukkan pula tomato.
  6. Sebelum diangkat, masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.

    Hi uncle Lee, thank you very much for the wishes. i am not that expert in cooking. I just love being in the kitchen and doing some experiment on whatever in my fridge..hehehe..
